Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s what to do.
⏳ Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, with all tags and original packaging. Shoes must be tried on indoors only – no visible wear.
📬 How to return
Contact our customer service for a return authorization. We’ll provide the return address. You pay for return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Use a trackable shipping method – we cannot refund lost returns.
💰 Refund timing
After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.
🔄 Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, return the original for a refund and place a new order. That’s the fastest way.
🚫 Non‑returnable items
Socks, insoles, and final‑sale items cannot be returned. Gift cards are also non‑refundable.
🔧 Defective or wrong items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days. We will replace it or give a full refund, including return shipping costs. Photos help us process faster.
